Registration Procedure

Registration is only being offered online this year. The system is all new and hopefully easier to use than ever.

Please read the new Registration Procedures carefully. They have changed significantly since last year.

Step 1: Register for a Track Account
Before you can register, you must first create an account on the web site. You will need this username and password to register for events (this is a separate account from the http://www.pcaucr.org web site).

Every driver must have their own account. If you are registering for your spouse or another member, you must create a separate Web Accountfor them.

Step 2: Sign up for Autocross
Once you have your Web Account, the next step is to Register for your events.

You can check your registration status at any time by loggin in here. There is no need to contract the registrar. The answers are right here.

Step 3: Cancel an Event
Should you need to cancel an event, you can also do that online. Please do not email the Registrar. Cancelling here is the only way tocreate an official record of your cancellation request.

Once the Registrar has processed your application, you will receive a confirmation email. If you have not received an email and are curious, you can check your statusonline.

If you've done all of this andstill have questionsthen you can email the Registrar . But please try to use the online features so the Registrar can focus on his day job - getting members' cars ready for track season!

Autocross Registration

The following Registration procedures have been adopted for the upcoming autocross season:

  • Registrations will only be accepted on-line via the UCR website. Other registration methods may be accepted by special arrangement with the Registrar.
  • Registration will use the same online process as the Driver Education programme.
  • Anybody, at the time of Registration, can opt to go onto the Wait List. If you are not confirmed as registered within 2 weeks before the event, your name is automatically placed upon the wait-list in order of the date/time receipt of your initial application. You will then be advised of your status on the Friday before the event. If for some reason you cannot accept a registration that becomes available, your deposit may be forfeited.
  • All Payments will be made via Credit Cards via our secure site on-line ? No Cheques will be allowed. Other payment methods may be accepted by special arrangement with the Treasurer.
  • Credit Card payments will be processed immediately after the registration sign-up window closes.
  • The Registrar will advise participants of their registration status and give them the option of going onto the Wait List if not registered.

We regret that Cheque payments can not be accepted..
